I saw on my last post that we were going to convert Sam's crib. Well, we are waiting until we can make is room a little safer (remove a small cabinet and the fan that cools his room). Hopefully we'll get things converted in the next month or so. Until then, he rarely climbs out of the crib. Although, Nana watched him last Friday and he decided to climb out 3 times before staying in bed for his nap. Sorry Nana!

Yesterday was our 7th wedding anniversary. Will got me some beautiful earrings that I looked at a while ago. I got him a picture frame (since we weren't suppose to get gifts anyway!). We are enjoying some time to rest at home and stay out of the heat as much as possible.

It has been a busy July. We traveled to Cleveland to visit Jessica, Jeff, and Madi. Sam loves his cousin Madi (which sounds like Nadi when he says her name). We visited serveral parks and splashed in the back yard. We also took lots of pictures with them in the bath together because we know how embarrassing it will be some day!

We also traveled to Gatlinburg for a big family get together (Sam's Gram's family). We had fun seeing Madi again and playing with Ella, too. We went swimming, did some shopping, and rested alot!
Sam loves his dog, Lexi. Here are some sweet pictures of him giving her kisses and rubbing her
belly.
Sam is quite the chatterbox these days. We can't always figure out everything he says but we can pick out the important stuff- usually related to food, outside, and something he wants to watch on TV! Obsession with TV is what happens when you make a 5 hr trip to Cleveland (both ways) and 6 1/2 hrs to Gatlinburg (both ways).
Sam's latest milestone is jumping with both feet in the air. He likes to practice this skills often (including on the stairs!).
